Hello! And welcome back after what seems like a long time apart.
Mark and i have been busy with all sorts of amazing musical projects since the first The
Forever Moment release.
The Forever Moment remains the place for us in which we can work and play without rules.
(Except the ones we create and usually chuck out the window anyway!!)
Since the first album, we have co-created some gallery opening soundscapes for a show of
Steven’s paintings and photographs, Steven got to create some soundscapes using some of
Mark's WARR guitar loops (they should be released sometime soon), there's a TFM fractal with
Dutch musician Ottmar Soulier coming out soon, and of course here's the second album from
The Forever Moment.
Mark has been busy with Herd of Instinct, T.A.P., Phase of Twilight, Gayle Ellett and the Electromags, and more . . .

Steven has been busy with several collaborations, a series of solo e.p.'s of short soundscapes
entitled "small paintings", and working into a full-length release.
If you're new here. The Forever Moment is a project of Arlington, Texas musician Mark Cook
(Herd of Instinct, Liquid Sound Company) and Peterborough, Ontario musician/artist Steven
Leak. It was born out of a desire to hear what would happen when we melded our music with
the intention of pressing each other forwards creatively. The Forever Moment creates music
that could be described as Atmospheric Art Rock, Electronic Post Rock, and Electro-Acoustic
Soundscapes. However, we prefer that you let this music be simply music, free of genre.
